In fact, I made this long ago for myself to play. Because I couldn't get the creator's permission to share it. But recently, I was so lucky and honored to be able to contact the creator and was finally allowed to share the patch.
This patch here was made to make this game beatable for real. Many people had played this game and even beat it with cheat codes. However, whatever was behind the 3rd gym was unfinished so you might find those areas identical to Pokemon ruby or completely messed up. So, it is not possible to beat the game properly. So I made this patch. Just like hacks with new regions from the early days like Quartz and Topaz, you can find many similarities between this hack and the original Ruby. So the main focus of this hack in my opinion is the fakemon. Here are the changes I made:
1. All maps were finished and no longer identical to Hoenn locations.
2. The level curve was slightly rebalanced. I usually don't do this kind of stuff, but the level curve of this doesn't seem to be intentionally intense at times so I think it's okay to fix it up.
3. The fakemon which lacked icons were given proper icons.
4. All important characters were given proper sprites.
