Fixed Versions of Pokemon Light Platinum + and Old Light Platinum

Light Platinum+ is an updated version of Light Platinum by LCCoolJ95, and is approved by the creator WesleyFG himself, so this is more like a semi-official version. However, this one has a some gamebreaking glitches which makes it unbeatable without transferring the save file to the original version. Even the World Tournament broke in this one. And the same glitches from the original Light Platinum still exist in this. So I think this one needs to be fixed. These are the changes I did in the fixed patch:

1. Thanks to jiangzhengwenjzw, all the flags were made safe ones, so the event resetting glitches should be gone.
2. All the most infamous gamebreaking glitches should be gone.
3. The World Championship is brought back. Which was broken in the original LP+.
4. The Pokedex entries are fixed and reordered.
5. All towns should have proper flying points, so you should be able to fly to every single town.
6. Some Gyms may softlock you if you save in there and reload the game, hopefully they are all fixed now.

7. The Gym Leaders, Elite Four and the Champions now have their proper music and mugshots, this was done thanks to jiangzhengwenjzw,

Also, I've made a fixed patch for the old Light Platinum before it was remade from scratch. This one feels like a completely different game since it has different protagonists, different maps and a different story. Also there's an almost whole Sinnoh region to explore in the postgame. Which wasn't finished in the latest beta of this. So I decided to fix up all the gamebreaking glitches this one has and finish the Sinnoh region to preserve it as well.

Changes I made:

1. Finished Sinnoh region to make it mostly complete.

2. Removed all unsafe flags/vars to make events stable.

3. Fixed a great amount of glitches. Fixed the warp scripts with jiangzhengwenjzw's help.

4. Added a special fly machanic for Sinnoh with jiangzhengwenjzw's help.

5. Fixed the base stats of a few Pokemon.

6. Fixed the ow sprites of the female player and Prof. Rowan.
